Everything I do is complementary and reinforcing. It is about holding the balance between being deeply engaged in my community and responding to its needs, and advocating for the policy landscape to be better. I'm a systems change specialist and an established board director, and this work runs across the organisations I lead and the boards I govern.

Carnelian Foundation

Founder & Managing Director

A registered charity (ACNC, DGR) I built from personal experience, mobilising funds and scholarships for children impacted by family violence. Over $40,000 raised in 2026/27.

Leading a new way for everyday Australians to have their say. I lead the Parliamentary Group for Future Generations, coordinate the National Conversation Development Lab, and convene the Intergenerational Fairness Coalition.

As Treasurer I steward the Bursary Program, distributing $50,000 a year to open education and leadership to women. Resourcing is where I'm strongest: I understand how money needs to move to reach people on the ground, and the Carnelian Foundation is where I put that into practice.

The Parliamentary Group for Future Generations membership has doubled, and returned with a more active, engaged group of parliamentarians supporting the wellbeing of future generations.

It is a Federal Parliamentary Group focused on advocacy for smarter, long-term thinking in how we govern and plan for the future, pushing beyond short-term cycles to policy that genuinely serves the next generation.
